These Terms of Service govern your use of swagerstore.com and any purchases made through our store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include Finnish VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

3. Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We accept payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the case of pricing errors or stock unavailability, in which case you will be fully refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Finland and EU countries. Delivery timeframes and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Customers outside Finland may be subject to import duties or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at swa9erstore@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Conformity of Goods

All products sold by Swäger must conform to their description and be free from defects. If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, please contact us within a reasonable time. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at swa9erstore@gmail.com. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) at www.kuluttajariitalautakunta.fi. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
